At Containify we like to think we have an office pod for any budget. A home office pod will start off at around $15,000 to build but if you want something nice and all the creature comforts taken care of for you then setting a budget of around $25,000 will tick a lot of boxes.

Home office pods will take about 4-6 weeks to complete, this includes talking with the design team to make sure it’s laid out perfectly for its proposed location.

Viewing and approving the drawing set prior to construction and finally delivery and placement into location.

All works come guaranteed and built by fully licenced builders, this will give you peace of mind knowing your build will be done correctly the first time and in line with the Australian Standards.

Sizes of Home Container Office Pods

Very Small – Containify builds the home office Pods in a range of different sizes. Our smallest pod is made by modifying an 8ft container, yes that correct an 8ft shipping container. These come into the country inside our 10ft shipping containers ( the next size up) similar to a Russian nesting doll – just a little less cute.

Small – A 10ft shipping container office pod is a common size and as a result will be a little more accessible in their availability. These units will give you a little more head room and just a little wider. With clever internal design you may just fit two into this space.

Medium – 20ft shipping container office pods open up a world of options and can easily transported around the country if you need require. You will now have space for a bathroom or a compact kitchen. With appropriate internal furniture you and easily accommodate several people comfortably.

Large – 40ft container pods will be one of the biggest options available, with double the internal space of the medium office pod. This also doubles the options when it comes to lay out and how many people we can accommodate

Delivery within weeks and no noisy onsite construction!
